Brewhouse. Early C19. Granite rubble walls with granite
dressings; asbestos slate hipped roof; brick axial stack.
Rectangular plan. 2 storeys. Front end has doorway to ground
floor right and loading doorway to 1st-floor left of centre
approached by straight flight of granite steps; old ledged
doors. INTERIOR has original floors and roof structure. An
intersting example of a small urban brewhouse.
