GV II

Detached villa. c.1845. Stucco over brick with banded ground
floor and stucco lined as ashlar to upper floors; roof
obscured by parapet, stucco stacks. Central hall plan. Three
storeys; 3-window range plus a 3 storey bowed projection to
right return with 3 light sashes to each floor. Steps rise to
entrance: recessed doorway with 3 light overlight and panelled
door. Architraved sashes with 1st floor cornices. Dentiled
cornice and plain parapet.
