Formerly known as: No.1 BAILEY STREET.
House, now flats. c1840. Brick with stucco dressings; slate roof with brick end stack. Double-depth plan. Three storeys; symmetrical three-window range. Stucco plinth and quoins; top frieze and cornice. Ground floor has windows with sills and architraves, the outer windows with consoled cornices, and two-pane horned sashes; first floor has two widely spaced similar windows with cornices; third floor has architraved windows, central nine-pane casement and two nine-pane sashes. Return is rendered with c1870 open timber gabled porch with tile roof to entrance with plain doorcase and panelled door. Rear is rendered with embattled parapet and similar attached curved wall screening rear garden.
