SE aspect. Former estate club, then public house, now a private dwelling. Built in the Tudor Revival style by Anthony Salvin and dated 1839, it incorporates a double height bay window with a frieze of shields dated 1470. This window was removed from the Chantry House, Watergate, Grantham. To the right, a canted stone bay window with hipped roof. (Photo Jun 2014).
