Town house, now 2 houses. Late C18. Granite rubble walls;
steep dry slate roof sweeping lower at rear; brick end stacks;
cast-iron ogee gutters. Shallow double-depth plan. 2 storeys;
symmetrical 3-window front. C20 three-light casements with
glazing bars to 1st floor over C20 six-pane horned sashes;
central doorway with pair of C20 two-panel doors. One of a
good row of C18 houses stepped down the hill in New Street.
