House. c1840. Brick with stucco to garden front and returns;
hipped slate roof and stucco stacks. Double-depth plan. 2
storeys; 2-window range to garden front. Angle pilasters and
top frieze and wide eaves. Ground floor has canted bay windows
with hipped roofs; 1st floor has windows in eared architraves;
all casements. 3-window right return has similar details;
round-headed entrance with fanlight over glazed door. Lateral
and rear stacks. INTERIOR not inspected. Part of a mid C19
residential development.
