The description shall be amended to read

Flour mills. 1865 by Edward Welby Pugin. Stock brick with red brick details. Five stores 3rd and 4th storeys added late in C19 or C20 with plinth-like ground
floor, segmentally headed arcaded middle stage encompassing 1st and 2nd
floors, brick bands to 3rd floors, and segmentally arcaded 4th floor. Gabled
full height cross wing at rear with stepped side wings. Seven bays, all with
metal casements. Three storey forebuilding, a later addition, but with
exactly similar detailing, and over it, on the mainblock, a single large
pointed window in multi moulded rebate, with crow-stepped raised surround.
Open arcade and glazed ground floor to forebuilding. Interior: The first,
second and third floors are supported on the original cast iron Tuscan style
columns but the original steam-driven machinery has been taken out and
replaced by C20 electically-driven machinery. Granary/silo/storage, etc. to
left not included. Designed by Pugin for the Isle of Thanet Steam Flour
Mills, (See Busson, Ramsgate, 129-30).
