Dwelling. C17, C19 and C20. Sandstone rubble, Welsh slate roofs, and one large
external eaves stack, with bread oven, and 2 diagonal brick flues on the approach
entrance. A compound building with the original C17 block to which two extensions
have been added north and west. Original block is 2½ storeys with various windows,
including 2 and 3-light chamfered stone mullioned casements with drip and flush
cills in gable, left, and similar 1 and 2-light on main front flanking the stack;
the extension to the right, which has a coped gable with flue, includes one
rectangular light in chamfered stone surround. Entrance now in C20 porch extension
to left of main gable. Interior not inspected; some chamfered beams, one fine C19
door on long right-angle hinges, original roof structure.
