House; second quarter C19. Red brick, Flemish bond, slate roof.
L-plan. 3-window, 2-storey. 4-pane wide sash windows: ground
floor with stepped voussoirs, keystone projecting; rendered
lintels to first floor windows. Front door just to right of
centre, semi-circular head with fanlight with radiating glazing
bars; 6-panel door, 4 fielded, bottom 2 flush. Vertical joint in
wall to left of front door: window above door built up. Chimney
on left gable: on right hip, with roof running back on return
wing: ridge higher than front. Front parapet reported removed.
Right-hand return two brick chimneys, with tall, central staircase
window, marginal light carried around head; central glazing bar
split to give Y tracery.
