7/10 Unidentified monument, about 7.5m
south of chancel door, in the
churchyard of the Church of St.
Michael and All Angels

Chest Tomb, late C18, unidentified; limestone with sandstone top.
Flat lid with moulded edge, fielded panels to north and south face,
originally containing inscriptions. Ends have moulded cornice and
base with fielded panel between, slightly narrower than the main
width of the tomb. The whole is set on a cyma base. Latest
inscription only is legible, records Thomas Hart, died 1873.
