Barn, initialled and date "H A" (Henry Appleyard). Hammer-dressed stone, stone
slate roof. 1841
Basket arched cart entry with tie-stone jambs has raised keystone. Over is
Venetian window with inscribed lintel. To either side doorways with single
light window with projecting sill. Quoins, coped gables with kneelers.
Rectangular ventilators with circular hole to apex. Rear has cart entry with
straight lintel with doorways to either side with long quoined lintels with
chamfered surround.
