House. Early-mid C19, altered. Ashlar and coursed squared stone; grey slate roof. Two storeys, 3 x 2 bays. Plinth, first floor sill band, cornice, parapet. Central four-panel door (upper panels glazed) in portico with Roman Ionic columns, frieze, cornice and blocking course. Sashes with glazing bars, taller on ground floor, window over door in architrave. Hipped roof with corniced end stacks. Service range to rear, now Highfield Cottage, not of special interest.
