House, now shops. C17, with early C19 front range. Timber framed with brick
infill. Front range colour washed brick with brick dentil cornice. Tile roof and
brick ridge chimneys. Brick gable parapet on right. Central staircase plan. 2
storeys and attic with 3 hipped dormers; 3-window range. Central entrance has
4-panelled door and overlight with glazing bars in wooden doorcase with
pilasters and entabature. 2 late C19 canted bay windows. Wooden string course
band across entire facade. First floor has 16-pane sashes under gauged brick
flat arches. To rear timber framed wing has ground floor left return wall and
end wall rebuilt in C19 brick. Interior not inspected. C19 single storey
attached outbuilding.
