C18. Three storeys in stone with stone slate roof with two stone stacks. On each side of a central entrance is a bay window of three storeys; the moulded eaves cornice continues round the tops of the bays. One other window. Flat carriage arch to the left. Modernised interior. Includes former stables in yard to rear. Two storeys in stone, lintels to windows.
Nos 30 to 40 (even) form a group with Nos 22 and 24 and with Leeds House Cafe, Butter Cross and Jubilee Clock.
