House on end of row. Mid-late C18. Random rubble limestone;
brick rebuilt chimneys; stone slate roof. Three-storey; outshut
to rear. Front: 2 half gables, 2-window fenestration; 3-light
recessed chamfered mullioned casements with hoodmoulds to ground
floor, 2-light casements to middle floor, timber windows with iron
casements and timber lintels in half gables. Gable end chimneys
with brick rebuilt stacks. Lean-to roof to rear outshut; doorway
with timber lintel and 4-panel door to north end. Interior not
inspected. Possibly a rebuilding of a smaller C17 house.
Important position on street corner.
