Formerly 2 houses in row; now detached house. Early-mid C17;
various later alterations. Random rubble limestone; brick rebuilt
chimneys; stone and artificial stone slate roofs. Single-storey
with attic; L-plan. Front: 2 half gables, central eaves-mounted
dormer. Scattered and mixed fenestration includes 2 and 3-light
recessed cavetto mullioned casements with hoodmoulds. Otherwise
timber casements with timber lintels. Central cross passage
doorway with timber lintel and recessed 6-panel door. Ground floor
casement to left appears in former door position. Rear: wing with
2 east-facing half gables; appears C20 restored. Catslide roof to
main range rear outshut. Gabled rear wing at east end. Interior
not inspected.
