House. C17 or earlier. Timber frame on stucco sill, plastered with
half-hipped thatch roof. 1 ½ storeys, 3-cells, internal chimney plan
house facing E with N gable end to street. Red brick chimney a third
from N end. E front has 3 windows and 3 dormers at the eaves. Flush
casement windows. Glazed door with pantiled porch at SE. N end has one
window to each floor. 2-light, small-paned, casements, the lower with
external shutters. The house of the Dellow family c.1780-1857 the
Hormead millers. (Jackson (1983)3).
