HOCKWORTHY
Bucknell headstone approximately 3 metres south of porch of Church of St Simon and St Jude

Headstone. Dated 1725 in memory of Sarah Bucknell. Limestone. Upright square-
headed slab, it stands approximately 750mm high. The front has a simple incised
border and is inscribed with a cursive script and records the death of Sarah
Bucknell in 1725.
