2 cottages. C18 and C19. Roughcast cob on stone footings; gabled-end slate roof.
No.1 a 2-room, cross-passage cottage, No.2 a single room cottage with rear wing; it
is possible that it was originally a 3-room, cross-passage plan house. External
end stack to right; internal front stack, both with brick shafts. 2 storeys.
Front: 3 window range; 1st floor with 2 sash windows to No.1 both with 3 panes up,
6 down, one horned, the other hornless, and a 2-light casement window to No.2.
Ground floor: two 12-pane sash windows to No.1 (one horned, the other unhorned),
one to No.2. 2 fielded panel doors, that to No.1 with moulded canopy on console
brackets. Right-hand side elevation: three 3-light casement windows and a planked
door; curved corner to rear. Interior not inspected.
