House and shop. C16, refronted c.1711 inscription on plaster panel in east
gable; C20 alterations. Timber-framed with panelled roughcast render to
main facade. C20 plain tiled roof. Two rear stacks. Two storeys with
single storey range to east and C16 rear wing to north at angle following the
boundary. Street elevation; moulded wooden eaves cornice with dentil
enrichment; large four-paned shop window with wooden entablature to left of
glazed shop door. Three first floor flush-framed hung sash windows, two with
sixteen-panes and small central window with four-panes. Interior: Large
hearth at angle to the room, exposed C16 timber-frame, some early C18 doors.
