GV II
Group of eleven tombstones and six foot stones. C18. Limestone slabs,
carved, with inscriptions painted black. Arranged in one line from north to
south: (a) shaped head with leaf scrolls to Mary wife of Peter Wedd 1727;
(b) angel head with leaf scrolls to Thomas Nash 1791; (c) hour glasses with
skull and leaf scrolls to Mary wife of Thomas Nash 1753; (d) round head with
two angel heads and flower swags, raised plaque to Peter Nash 1740; (e)
skull and crossed vine to Thomas Nash 1755; (f) angel head and scroll Thomas
Nash - C18; (g) angel head and raised oval plaque to John Nash 1758; (h)
similar to (g) dated 1796; (i) and (j) similar with shaped heads
indecipherable.
