SWINTON & PENDLEBURY MOORSIDE ROAD SD 70 SE (east side) 2/15 Moorfield Cottage 30/3/66 - II

House. Mid C18. English garden wall bond brick with graduated stone slate roof. 2-bay double-depth central- entrance plan with an additional 2 bays to left which are set back. All of 2 storeys. Panelled door with an elliptical arched opening to gabled porch. Total of four 3-light casement windows on the ground floor all with transoms and flat brick arches. 3 casement windows on first floor. All windows have leaded lights and some have been replaced. Gable and ridge chimney stacks. Left gable rebuilt. Various casement windows to rear which has an original door as well as inserted garage doors.
