House late C18. Local red brick, redder brick dressings.
Modern interlocking tile roof. Two tall square ridge stacks.
Two storeys. Band between floors. Four 'bays'; three first
floor twelve-paned hung sash windows and three similar ground
floor windows in gauged segmental brick arches. Plain
architraved wooden doorcase and modern door.
