Perranarworthal

House, now divided into 2 units. Circa early-mid C19. Coursed faced shale with
dressed granite steps, plinth, quoins, sills, jambstones and shallow keyed arches.
Slightly tented hipped dry Delabole slate roof with wide eaves, cast iron ogee
gutters, pierced crested clay ridge tiles and brick chimneys over side walls.
Double depth plan of 2 equal reception rooms flanking cross passage leading to
central stair between rear service rooms.
2 storeys. Symmetrical 3-window east road front with original 16-pane hornless
sashes. Central doorway with original 6-panel door with key pattern bordered bottom
panels and key patterned frieze to lock rail. Plain glazed rectangular overlight.
Interior not inspected.
