SW 73 NE PERRANARWORTHAL COVE HILL, (east side),
Perranarworthal

Lodge to Tredrea Manor (qv). Circa early C19. Ashlar over plinth and shallow
arches. Hipped asbestos slate roof with projecting eaves. Central rendered brick
chimney with 2 flues.
Plan of 2 rooms with baffle entry between to front and 2 small rooms under integral
outshut to rear. Gothic style.
Single storey. Symmetrical 2-window south east front with central pointed arched
doorway and ledged door. Original 2-light windows with pointed arched lights, small
panes with vertical glazing bars becoming intersecting tracery. Similar window to
middle of left-hand side wall.
Interior not inspected.
A rare small unextended and unaltered lodge with its original attractive
fenestration.
