Pair of attached houses. Early - mid C19 with few later alterations. Slatestone
rubble with brick dressings and granite quoins. Hipped slate roof with ridge tiles;
central axial stack with brick shaft.
Plan: Pair of attached houses, each with one room to front and rear, the rooms
sharing the axial stack; the entrances at the outer ends of the front.
Exterior: 2 storeys, symmetrical 4-window front. All windows are C19 16-pane sashes
with segmental brick arches. To right and left a C19 gabled porch with pointed
arched outer opening and inner C19 4-panelled door with overlight. Left side
rendered with C20 door; 8-pane sash to centre lighting the stair and 4-pane sash at
first floor to right. Right side has same arrangement with door and windows.
