Farmhouse. Circa late C17 or early C18. Roughly coursed granite moorstone with
moorstone dressings. Steep roof. Roof covering removed at time of survey, but will
have concrete simulated slates. Granite ashlar stacks over coped gable ends with
moulded kneelers.
Plan: 2 room plan with larger hall/kitchen, right, parlour left and orginally cross
passage and stair between. C19 and C20 lean-tos at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Nearly symmetrical 3 window south front with doorway central to
fenestration. C20 door and windows in original or C19 remodelled openings.
Interior: Original fireplaces: large kitchen fireplace with roughly chamfered lintel
and domed granite oven. C19 floor structure and some C18 or C19 A-frame trusses.
