North East of Welford Park
GV with shortspan to South

Wall. C19. Red and blue brick chequer with brick coping between 3 and 4
metres high. Rectangular garden approximately 80 x 30 metres surrounded
by wall with short span to South at South-west corner approximately 6
metres long and 2 metres high ending in pier with stone base and corniced
cap matching that by Coachman's House/Stable Block (q.v.).
