House now veterinary surgery. Early-mid C19. Coursed, squared magnesian
limestone, graduated slate roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with 2-storey wing to
rear left. Plinth. Concreted steps to central 6-panel door with plain
overlight in wooden doorcase with fluted frieze and pediment on consoles.
Projecting stone sills to 16-pane sashes in flush wooden architraves under 3-
piece wedge lintels. Fascia board with brackets and modillions beneath
wooden gutter. End stacks, that on left truncated. Rear: central part-
glazed 6-panel door with later French window on its left; round-headed stair-
window and sashes with glazing bars under flat arches to other windows.
Interior:contemporary staircase with reeded newel post and square baluster
rods to ramped handrail.
