Mid to late C17 farmhouse of which Nos 426 and 428 were formerly a wing. Two storeys, coursed gritstone. Cross gable with saddlestone, kneelers and finial. Stone slate roof. External chimney to west side. Two light broad square mullion windows (circa 1800) with drip moulds, two light blocked chamfered mullion window in gable. Gable end to west has round-headed light with drip mould over.
