Workshop. Early-mid C19. For the Wentworth Estate. Dressed sandstone,
Westmorland slate roof. Symmetrical. 3 bays. 2-storey central bay
breaks forward, wings single-storey. Plinth. Quoined and rebated
segmental archway to each ground-floor bay; arch to right now with C20
garage door; arches to left infilled by plinth walls and 4-light casements.
Cast-iron gutter brackets to wings; eaves band; end-hipped roofs. Blind
window to 1st floor; eaves band; hipped roof. Rear: casement window
to 1st floor.

Interior: ground floor altered, 1st floor not inspected although said
to contain nesting boxes. A timber louvre formerly existed at the apex
of the roof. Attached outbuildings not of special interest.
