Two shops with accommodation above. Late C19. Red brick; slate
roof.
3 storeys in 4-window range. Ground floor with doorways to
right and left within rendered doorcases with hoods supported
on brackets. Plate-glass shop front to No.14, two 2/2 horned
sashes to No.12, under gauged skewback arches with cambered
hood moulds. Four 2/2 horned sashes to each floor above, all
with cambered gauged skewback arches and keyblocks. Gabled
roof with central ridge stack.
Part of a very significant group in the centre of Eye.
