Farmhouse. c1640, partly rebuilt and altered 1974 following
fire. Plastered and colourwashed timber frame on brick plinth.
Machine tile roof. Lobby entrance plan.
2 storeys. 4-window range. C19 gabled porch left of centre.
One 3-light late C19 casement to right and 3 similar but C20
casements to first floor. Gabled roof with rebuilt ridge stack
over door. External gable-end stack to north. 2-storey C20
extension to east at north end: one late C20 3-light casement
each floor. Flat composition roof. Single-storey gabled C19
extension to east at south end.
INTERIOR: frame with splay-topped principal posts. Chamfered
bridging beams to centre of house, with tongue stops. Boxed
bridging beams to south end. Cambered tie beams. Clasped
purlin roof.
