House and shop. Early C19 with later alterations. Coursed, dressed limestone and rubble limestone with freestone dressings. Collyweston stone slated roofs; coped parapet gables with ashlar end stacks, one shaft to left hand and two to right hand stack, plastered brick ridge stack. Two storeys, shop to left hand with glazed panelled door and two flanking shop windows with common entablature. Raised and fielded four panelled house door to right hand and two large,sixteen-paned,recessed hung sash windows with ashlar lintels and jambs.Two sixteen-paned first floor hung sash windows and one C20 casement window.
