Memorials to Rev Francis Willis (d1807) and his son Robert Willis (d1821) who cured King George III, respectively, in his first (1789) and second (1801) attacks of madness. The King remained a frequent visitor to Francis Willis at Shillingthorpe Hall for several years after his treatment was concluded.
