Cottage. Circa late C17/early C18. Rendered rubble walls. Slate roof, gabled to
left, hipped to right. 2 large rendered rubble gable end stacks, stack at the left-
hand end offset from the ridge. Small rendered brick chimney shaft to the front.
Double depth plan with 2 heated rooms to the left possibly with central passage and
unheated room to the right.
2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 window front. First floor windows are 3-light C19
casements with glazing bars removed; the left hand one has one leaded light to the
right. On the ground floor are c. early C20 casements with glazing bars, 3-lights
to the left, 2-lights to the right. Early C20 plank door to right of centre under
slate pentice porch hood.
Interior inaccessible at time of survey.
