Villa, c.1850 but containing in the rear fragments of timber
framing from C17 house. Local gault brick with slate roof,
hipped with symmetrical end stacks and reeded, boarded eaves.
Two storeys and double fronted. Symmetrical elevation of three
flush frame mid C20 hung sashes in cambered arches. Similar
arches to two recessed original sixteen pane hung sashes on
either side of central doorway. Panelled doorcase and reveals
with boss enrichments. Two steps up to later door with original
rectangular fanlight and glazing bars.
