Villa, c.1830. Gault brick with low pitch hipped slate roofs,
leaded with deep boarded eaves and scroll brackets. End stacks
with original chimney pots. Double pile plan, double fronted
and two storeys. Symmetrical facade of three recessed hung
sashes of twelve panes each in flat arches. Each window has a
cast iron grill to the sill. Central entry with plain, flat
roof portico of stone and doorway with double doors, half
glazed. Two flanking full length casements of fifteen panes,
each with tented balcony of wooden trellis work. Interior:
Only a contemporary open string staircase survives of the
original features.
