GV II
House. Early C18. Rubble, artificial slake roof. 2 storeys, 5 first-floor
windows, rear wing, and added rear outshut. Rusticated quoins to right. In
bay 4, bolection surround to part-glazed door, with weathered plaque above.
Ground floor: 2 sash windows under deep lintels, 2 sash windows in moulded
stone surrounds. First floor: moulded stone surrounds with irregular C20
glazing except later central 4-pane sash with stone lintel and cill. Shaped
kneelers, ashlar copings, brick stacks at ends and centre. Single-storey
extension to right not of special interest. Rear elevation has moulded
doorcase within lean-to, also first-floor blind window with bolection
surround. 'NYCVBSG Report', No 799.
