SW 97 NE ST ENDELLION TRELIGHTS
4/151 Coach house adjoining to north east
- of Park Villa
GV II
Coachman's house, coach house, and stable block with hayloft above. Circa mid C19.
Stone rubble with slate roof with hipped ends.
Comprises coachman's house of 1-room plan, with coach house near centre of elevation
and stables to right.
2 storeys asymmetrical 2-window front with plank door and C19 2-light casement to
house on left, wide C19 double carriage doors, and stable range on right with C19 2-
light casement, original slatted door, partly blocked opening and further window at
end. First floor with the remains of 2 sashes. Stone rubble steps up to loft on
right-hand hipped end and remains of steps on left-hand end, later partly blocked in
circa later C19 when a projecting wing was added to Park Villa (qv) to connect the
house to the coach house and form a sheltered way below.
