Threshing barn of former manor house complex. C17 or C18 with
attached wall incorporating a C16 doorway. Local rubble walls;
steep dry slate roof with half-hipped end on the right and
late C20 rooflights; brick end stack on the left serving flue
from former adjoining house. Large rectangular barn with front
and rear lean-to porches to opposing doorways plus later
outshut right of front porch and another outshut to rear left.
Single storey; some blocked slit ventilators; ledged doors.
Pigeon holes to left-hand end wall.
INTERIOR: not inspected but may retain old or original roof
structure.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: earlier wall adjoining at right angles to
right of front containing a moulded 4-centred arched doorway.
