Terraced house. 1720-1, refaced c1860. Built by E Chapman.
Painted stucco. 4 storeys and basement. 3 windows. Architraved
doorway with bracketed cornice, fanlight and panelled door.
Architraved 2-pane sashes; ground and 1st floor with bracketed
cornices. Moulded sill strings. Similar strings at two thirds
window height to 2nd and 3rd floors. Cornice at 3rd floor
level. Parapet. INTERIOR: not inspected. SUBSIDIARY FEATURES:
attached cast-iron railings with pineapple finials.
