Terraced house. Early C19. Stucco with rusticated ground
floor. 2 storeys and basement. 2 windows. Segmental-arched
ground floor openings in shallow recesses. Doorway with
cornice-head, fanlight and panelled door. 1st floor with
square-headed, recessed casements and cast-iron balcony.
Cornice and blocking course. INTERIOR: not inspected.
SUBSIDIARY FEATURES: attached cast-iron railings with urn
finials to areas.
