This photo has been submitted as a correction to the current illustration of modern replacement gates outside the old school on the English Heritage database purporting to be the historic gates in the description. They are not! The old school building has since been converted into a private house after its closure as a school. Their photo of the gates outside the old school neglect the fact that the historic gates in their description were removed to the new school building in Piddletrenthide in 1999. My photo show the historic gates in their current location outside the new school.
