Cottage. C18, modernised in late C20. Rendered stone and probably cob walls.
Half-hipped thatch roof. Rendered rubble stack at left gable end with brick
shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan, larger one to left heated by fireplace in left end wall.
Stairs behind right-hand room. Small C19 outshut at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2-window front of probably C20 2-light
casements. C20 part-glazed door to right of centre. Set back from right-hand end
of house is a small C19 outbuilding in a somewhat derelict state. On the rear
wall of the cottage is a slate-roofed leanto at the centre.
Interior: considerably modernised in late C20 but retains simple beamed ceiling
in left-hand room.
