Farmhouse. Early to mid C18. Rubble, some rendering at first floor level,
slate roof. An L-plan with entrance in the longer arm, under hipped roofs;
stack to left of door on outer hip at ridge, and to ridge on return arm near
inner angle. Two storeys; main arm has 4 windows, and return arm 2 windows, all
12-pane sashes in moulded architraves slightly set back from wall face. In
second bay on long arm a panelled door, part glazed under a glazed gabled
porch. String course at mid level, coved cornice; windows to splayed stone
voussoirs and with slightly projecting keystone. Return, right, similar, has
blocked opening in internal angle. Left hipped end has 2-light casement above
16-pane sash and right return hip is over 4 blocked window openings, 2 at each
