Small house. Circa early c18, altered and extended in C20. Plastered cob and
rubble walls with joint-lining in places. Gable ended thatch roof. Projecting
rendered rubble stack at right gable end with brick shaft.
Plan: 2-room plan originally with central entrance but was subdivided at a later
stage into 2 cottages before reverting back to one. C19 and C20 1-storey additions
at rear.
Exterior: 2 storeys. Symmetrical 2-window front of C20 3-light casements, small-
paned to first floor. The centre part of the facade projects slightly with
rusticated plaster quoins. Slight eyebrows in thatch over first floor windows.
Central C20 Tudor style door under thatched doorhood on wooden posts.
Interior has no original features exposed apart from the wooden lintel to the
fireplace.
