Cottage. Probably late C18 or early C19 Rendered, probably over stone rubble and
cob. Gable-ended scantle-slate roof, with gable-ended corrugated-iron roof over
left-hand end. End stacks with red-brick top stages.
Plan: Two-room central-entrance plan (larger principal room to left), with end
stacks, external to left and integral to right. Probable former outbuilding
adjoining to the left (slightly projecting), now part of cottage. Two storeys.
Exterior: Nearly symmetrical 2-window front; probably late C19 two-light wooden
casements (in old openings), all except first-floor right-hand window with small-
paned lights. Doorway just off-centre to left with early C20 half-glazed door and
C20 gabled wooden porch. Probable former outbuilding to left has ground-floor
probably early C20 small-panel wooden casement to left and C20 2-leaf boarded door to
right.
