House. Early - mid C19 with alterations of later C19 and some C20 alterations.
Rendered stone rubble. Bitumenised scantle slate roof with ridge tiles and gable
ends. Gable end stacks with brick shafts.
Plan: 2-room plan, the room to right slightly larger than the room to left, with
entrance set off-centre to left. There is a later C19 outshut to rear right of one
storey with loft over.
Exterior: 2 storeys, nearly symmetrical 2-window front on plinth with band course.
Ground floor has C20 plank door in plain raised surround; C19 16-pane sash to right
and left in similar surrounds with shaped aprons. First floor has two C19 16-pane
sashes in similar surrounds and aprons. At the rear the outshut has C19 6-pane sash
at ground floor and small casement to the left. The rear of the main range has C19
2-light 5-pane casement at first floor and single storey C20 addition at ground
floor.
