House, at some time used as 2 houses. C18. Painted granite rubble with granite
dressings and wooden lintels. Asbestos slate roof with brick chimneys over the gable
ends.
Plan: L-shaped 3 room plan with fireplace in each room. C18 stair right of main
doorway and C19 stair against party wall of C19 divided front wing, right.
Exterior : 2 storeys. Inner angle of L has north and east fronts each with 2 first
floor windows and doorways towards the angle. C20 windows to north front and 12-pane
2-light casements to east front.
Interior : floor replaced in main part but one of the C18 bowtell-moulded beams is
reused. C18 stair with closed string and column turned balusters. In the wing,C19
stair and C19 moulded beams.
